Seasonal Housekeeper

 

Our client in Biltmore Forest is seeking a seasonal housekeeper for the summer. The position is planned to start mid-June and last through August when the children return to school. The 7000+ square feet home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The have an energetic but well-behaved Dalmatian in the home, and they will have their children and grandchildren visit throughout the summer.

 

Responsibilities:

*General cleaning

*Clean the deck before weekend gatherings

*Assist in clean-up after gatherings

*Stock outdoor kitchen for drinks and snacks (children’s preferences)

*Spot clean dog hair as needed

*Walk the dog as needed

*Clear debris from deck and patio areas

*Linen changes

*Laundry- washing, folding, hanging

*Check food items for expirations if time allows

*Support in the kitchen – willing to work dinners when the family visits

 

Details:

Schedule: Monday, Friday, Saturday – 24 hours per week with periodic support at a small vacation home in Lake Cashier

Salary: $30 per hour; No benefits
