A prominent high-net-worth family is seeking a polished, experienced, and deeply professional Housekeeper to join the dedicated team responsible for the daily care and meticulous upkeep of their 10,000+ sq. ft. private residence. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft — who understands that in a private home of this caliber, every detail matters, and the standard is always five-star.

The ideal candidate brings a seasoned background in luxury estate or high-end hospitality housekeeping, a proactive and collaborative team spirit, and an unwavering commitment to discretion. This is not a solo position — you will work as part of a high-performing housekeeping team — but you bring individual excellence to everything you touch. The family values warmth, reliability, and quiet professionalism above all.

This role is demanding, busy, fun and engaging. The family travel extensively and require a candidate to be flexible with scheduling, adaptive and have a little give and take with their schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a cohesive housekeeping team, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the full housekeeping team to ensure every area of the residence is maintained to the highest standards at all times
• Perform daily cleaning and periodic deep cleaning of all interior spaces — bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining rooms, home offices, and all shared spaces
• Handle delicate surfaces, materials, and furnishings with the appropriate care and technique, including marble, fine art, antiques, and luxury linens
• Manage all household laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and seasonal clothing organization for family members
• Oversee the purchasing, inventorying, restocking, and organized storage of all household supplies and toiletries
• Support household events by preparing guest areas, assisting with service as needed, and returning all spaces to pristine condition post-event
• Follow and uphold the family’s specific preferences, routines, and household protocols consistently
• Maintain complete security and confidentiality regarding the household, all family members, and fellow staff members at all times
• Be available to stay overnight at the residence when the family is traveling
• Support the family with carpool, school drop-off and pick-up, errands, and additional day-to-day needs as they arise

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a large private estate or 5-star hospitality environment
• Demonstrated experience working as part of a team in a large-scale residence of 10,000 sq. ft. or more
• Solid knowledge of high-end household operations and luxury housekeeping best practices
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform the physical demands of the role with efficiency and care
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and personal organizational standards
• Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a welcome asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Please note that the family are relocating to Georgia, relocation would be required 

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Estate Manager and House Manager.
