Part-Time Housekeeper PLACED
This is a new home that our clients have just moved into, 3-bedroom/3.5 bath. Principals are a young hip couple who work locally for a large entertainment firm. Referred by our affiliate Mr. Alan, we are seeking a housekeeper who is looking to grow into the position.
Training, mentoring/on-boarding will be provided by IDC. IDC will assist in managing the home for our clients who travel frequently Mondays-Fridays for work. The home is presently empty and in the move-in stage. The ideal housekeeper will assist with unpacking and setting up the house with our clients’ NY-based interior designer. This is an immediate hire for the right person.
You must be detail orientated, be able to assist with laundry, help with packing and unpacking, clean and dust all living areas, run errands to the dry cleaners, basic grocery shopping, walk their dog who weigh 53lbs (it’s important to love animals and be physically fit), make sure that their puppy has water and food, stock the pantry, perform monthly detailed cleaning, update IDC of any maintenance issues, screen mail, and forward all billing to IDC. Water balcony plants and make sure that indoor plants are watered weekly.
At times, once a month, the flexibility to stay overnight would be appreciated when our clients are out of town on business.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm
Salary: $25-$30 hourly
