Part-Time Housekeeper – Private Residence

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a wonderful family residing in Boca Raton, Florida.

The principals are a lovely, friendly couple in their 70s who maintain a beautiful 6,800-square-foot primary residence. The home is well maintained, and the family already has an established household team in place. They are looking to engage an additional part-time Housekeeper to assist with the ongoing care and daily maintenance of the property.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a respectful, private household, takes genuine pride in their housekeeping skills, and is looking for a stable, long-term position with guaranteed hours throughout the year.

There are no children in the residence. The family has two small Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so candidates must be comfortable working around dogs.

Primary Responsibilities

• General housekeeping throughout the residence, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.

• Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces to a high standard.

• Changing beds, washing bed linens, and replacing towels as needed.

• Laundry care, including washing, drying, folding, and putting items away.

• Closet, wardrobe, and linen cupboard organization.

• Maintaining clean, tidy, and organized kitchens and household spaces.

• Emptying wastebaskets, taking out trash, and replacing liners.

• Cleaning and maintaining surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings using appropriate products and techniques.

• Assisting with seasonal organization and general household upkeep.

• Working alongside existing household staff to ensure the residence is consistently maintained to an excellent standard.

• Assisting with additional housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced working as a Housekeeper in high-end private residences.

• Knowledgeable about proper cleaning techniques, household products, and the care of fine furnishings and surfaces.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of an established household team.

• Warm, friendly, respectful, and discreet.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.

• Comfortable around two small, friendly dogs.

• Physically capable of performing the normal duties associated with maintaining a large private residence.

• Able to provide excellent, verifiable professional references.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Looking for a stable, ongoing, year-round position.

Annualized Compensation: $42,120, based on 52 weeks
