Local Part-Time Housekeeper Orange County/Dana Point, CA 92629 - PLACED

 

The family has three young children and one beloved pet dog. Much of the responsibility will be tidying up the home, keeping the children's play area clean and safe, cleaning up after snacks, and keeping the house well-organized, with everything in its place. The home is 8500 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed and having knowledge of how to clean fine furnishings, marble, etc. is desired, but not required. 

 

The perfect candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper in all housekeeping duties, including but not limited to: 

• Daily tidying and sanitation throughout the entire home.
• Cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, office and living areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop the home.
• Keep windows and mirrors clean, removing any handprints the children might leave behind. 
• Clean up after lunch time and snacks. 
• Wash and organize dishes. 
• Care for laundry and linens.
• Make the beds and ensure sheets, blankets, and pillowcases are clean.
• Keep the children's play area clean, trip-free, sanitized, and safe. 
• Dust the surfaces and ensure cleanup of any visible pet hair. 
• Assist in keeping track of household inventory and let the executive housekeeper know when the home is low on essential items. 
• Assist the executive housekeeper in anything else needed around the house. 
• No cooking or nannying required.
