Experienced Housekeeper

 

Wonderful senior coupe with a large home in Pittsburg are looking for a live-in housekeeper for their home, 6,500 sq. ft., with 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms

The couple is in their 80’s and are looking for some who can clean, do basic laundry, run errands, possibly drive them to appointments, basic cooking; a trustworthy candidate who is honest, experienced in housekeeping --someone who will be respectful and be respected.

When the couple are at their Pittsburg residence, for five months of the year, the housekeeper will be expected to support the couples’ daily needs.

The family lives primarily in West Palm Beach, Florida for 7 months of the year during the winter. When the couple is in Florida, the housekeeper would take full responsibility for the care and upkeep of the Pittsburg residence: taking on projects, detailed cleaning, ensuring that the house is winterized, etc. There is an outside service who provides heavy cleaning.

This role is housekeeper/manager. The role would work for someone who is close to retiring and looking for old-school, respectful employers.

Monday through Friday

40-45 hours a week

No pets

There is a lovely apt within the home

A car is provided

Possible medical contribution

All expenses covered

$700 a week

Local candidates preferred/Possible relocation

Must pass a full background check, have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a private home
