Executive Housekeeper 

We have a lovely live-in opportunity for a Executive Housekeeper to work for a wonderful husband and wife in their 50s. During the week, it's just Mr. and Mrs. in residence and their two dogs. The couple enjoys entertaining, and their grown children visit on weekends.

The family is looking for a candidate with prior executive housekeeping experience, long-term intent, no ego, and a team approach. The home is staffed with an existing team that has been in place for many years. The primary residence consists of 4 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. Most of the week, it is just Mr. and Mrs. in the home. Their adult children visit some weekends and are incredibly respectful and polite.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily service of the principal living areas. In the evening, turn-down service is required.
• Cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, deep cleaning, pantry, and closet organization.
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and manage incoming boxes and returns. 
• Prepare the house seasonally with décor/flowers, etc., on the holidays.
• Maintain all inventories - order on-line and manage return’s
• Schedule and manage other housekeepers
• Wardrobe management: assist with packing and unpacking, manage/track clothing between homes
• Assist with event set-up, serving, and clean-up
• Flower arranging and watering flowers
• There are two friendly, well-behaved dogs. 
• Should be tech-savvy, communicate clearly, be highly detailed

Compensation:

Salary $90,000 to $110,000 D/O/E

2 Weeks of paid vacation, 1 Week of paid sick leave 

A private 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are offered in-house or carriage house.
