Job Outline:

Full-time Housekeeper needed for a lovely friendly husband and wife. The couple have grown childern, and grandchildern.   

Schedule: 

Monday through Friday - 8 hours/day

Responsibilities & Description  

• House approx: 12,000 sq. ft. The home consists of 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. 
• Friendly dogs - Must be OK with watching the pet when needed, or be willing to keep an eye on the dog when the family travel, periodically. 

What the role involves:

• All aspects of cleaning - dust, vacuum, mop, laundry, make beds (it is just the couple who live in the house) 
• Assisting with birthdays, anniversary, season décor
• Run errands, order online and assist with the stocking of all household items
• Prepare the house seasonally - spring clenaing, take on projects and can self manage
• Assist with packing and unpacking and wardrobe management, the family travels often
• Ensure that all packages are brought inside, noted, and the items to be returned are returned within the required return policy
• Assist setting the table and, at times, simple meal preparation may be required – our cleint does not like smells so very simple meal prep and must be meticulous in the kithcen, cleaning as you go - sanitizing surfaces etc 
• Assist with laundry, and manage dry cleaning – what goes out/comes back policy
• Must be able to communicate clearly, text, written, articulate
• Everything has a place, the house is very organized, detailed
• Assist with spring cleaning and take initiative when the family are not in residence to take on projects to be approved

Schedule:
Monday through Friday (8.30am to 4pm)
35 to 40 hour week
$52,000 to $62,000 D.O.E.
