A wonderful family, empty nesters in Houston is seeking a skilled housekeeper with strong cooking abilities.
Primary Focus:
The main responsibility of this role is housekeeping, though the family’s current chef is more focused on project and construction management. They are looking for a confident housekeeper who can assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, maintaining inventories, ordering online, and running errands.

Housekeeping Responsibilities Include:

Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and laundry

Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the home

Supporting the chef with meal prep and kitchen organization
Properties & Schedule:

Primary Residence: Tanglewood, Houston – a beautiful 35-year-old remodeled home with a pool, guest cottage, totaling approximately 6,500 sq. ft.

Secondary Property: Ranch about an hour from Houston – approximately 4,500 sq. ft.

Summer Residence: Boone area, North Carolina/Tennessee border
The family would ideally like someone to support four days a week at the Houston residence and one day at the ranch, with occasional travel to the summer residence in North Carolina. Flexibility and willingness to travel between all three properties would be highly desirable. The family. Mr. and Mrs. are both in business busy professionals who are bubbly welcoming and busy.
Compensation:

Independent contractor - Medical Stipend

Start date as soon as possible, due to the current workload of the chef/estate manager/facilities manager being overwhelmed by ongoing construction projects
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced housekeeper who enjoys cooking and is comfortable supporting a busy family across multiple properties.
