A lovely family of five who live in Manhattan, NY, are seeking a full-time housekeeper to become part of their team in their 7,500 sq. ft. apt. The home comprises 5 Bedrooms, seven full baths, and three powder rooms. The house is fully staffed, and informal.
Attributes welcomed - kind, enjoy being around children, compassionate, friendly, warm-natured. There is no place for any ego in this home. The principals are young parents; kind and respectful. They both work. The family like to live a very under-the-radar NY social life. There is very little entertaining. When they do entertain, or their childern are off from school, they travel to one of their summer homes outside of the city. The flexibility to support as needed would be highly desirable and a rewarded quality.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with all aspects of housekeeping and, together with the other two housekeepers, be responsible for: laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, running errands, ordering supplies, managing dry cleaning, and wardrobe management in the Manhattan residence, but also manage and track the movement of clothes between the family's three homes.
The family is looking for a candidate with long-term intent, and proven longevity in their current or previous roles.
The family is fair, kind, and respectful, and wants their new housekeeper to come to work happy and excited to work in a very calm environment.

Schedule Monday through Friday (Ideally, have to flexibility to help some weekends)40-50 hours a week (Flexible for the right candidate)
Immediate Start
$80,000 to $90,000 for highly skilled candidates
