A lovely informal family moving from NY to Miami, 33140, is looking for a live-in housekeeper/cook/driver.
Our clients are moving from NY to Miami, Florida permanently and would love to find a housekeeper who is familiar with the area. The role is primarily housekeeping, basic cooking support, and driving the children to school, sports, and other after-school programs.
The family consists of 5 in total, the parent and three children 8,10 and 11. The family is upbeat, vibrant and wants to find a fun, positive housekeeper who will become part of the family.
The house is approximately 5,600 sq ft, modern open plan new home, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Mrs. is very hands-on, informal and supports cleaning, cooking, and her children. Her primary role is as a mom; she loves making her house a home. The housekeeper will need to support cleaning, running errands, laundry support, driving, etc. The family understands that there are only so many hours in the day, and that everything may not get caought up at times. They are very practical and have realistic expectations. Generally, the role is five days a week with possible weekend support periodically.
Flexibility would be greatly appreciated, as the family tends to go in different directions throughout the week. They are looking for a candidate who doesn’t watch the clock and is willing to jump in and help at a moment’s notice.
The family's long-term housekeeper from NY is coming with the family initially and will help train a new housekeeper.
The house is located on North Bay Rd, Miami, Fl, 33140
- The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual – Preferably Spanish speaking
- Possible relocation for qualified candidates.
- The family may entertain a live-out candidate, but the candidate would have to live close to the house
- Start date after the 10th of August
- 5-6 days a week, 40 to 50 hours a week (Flexibility would be greatly appreciated)

Financial
- $1,100 to $1,200 a week, live in all expenses paid
- Significant structured year-end bonus
- Medical contribution, standard paid holidays, and ten paid vacation days a year
