LA couple with a beautiful home in one of LA’s luxury hotel residences seeks a calm, pro-active housekeeper to care for their 6,500 sq. ft. 3-bedroom 4-bathroom apartment in zip code 90015.
- Organizing the home
- Restocking supplies
- Cleaning dirty dishes
- Maintain home
- Report all safety hazards and items requiring repair (broken items, scuffed furniture, damaged clothing) to the house manager
- Detailed cleaning of the residence
- Inspect cleanliness of residences from top to bottom; inspecting all furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, curtains, etc. and report any damage or concerns/issues to us
- Check the consistency of all rooms and ensuring all items are in the appropriate places and standards are met
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, dirty dishes etc. daily
- Dusting furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment
- Laundry/All aspects of household maintenance
- Packing and unpacking
Benefits/Salary
- $38 to $40 an hour $80k to $85k
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
- 10am to 6/7pm
- 40-hour week
