Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-time - Housekeeper to join our team in Dallas. As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' homes or properties. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a welcoming and sanitary environment.

The family are informal, live between Denver and Dallas, wonderful cleints of ours. 

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces in assigned areas.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring all areas meet or exceed hygiene standards.
3. Make beds, change linens, and tidy up rooms.
4. Stock and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
5. Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables.
6. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the appropriate personnel.
7. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
8. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and addressing their concerns or requests promptly.
9. Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
10. Follow privacy and security protocols to safeguard clients' personal belongings and confidential information.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a residential setting.
2. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
3. Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
6. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required.
7. Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
8. Professional and reliable work ethic with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
9. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as needed.
10. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

$35 an hour

Flexible schedule for the right person

16 to 20 hours a week ideally
