Full-time Housekeeper in Aspen, Colorado
Overview: Immediate hire for an exceptional and experienced Housekeeper to maintain a stunning property just outside the village of Aspen, Colorado, belonging to a senior couple who visit approximately six weeks per year. The clients, hailing from the Midwest, value formality and seek a housekeeper who can uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization. This position involves working closely with an existing house manager to ensure the residence is consistently maintained to a five-star level. The family are in residence in the summer, 6 days a week maybe required June/July and August.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organization to ensure the home is always guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with the house manager to coordinate schedules and tasks, ensuring seamless management of the property in the absence of the principals.
- Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, and valuable items with attention to detail and care.
- Manage household inventories, including cleaning supplies, linens, and pantry items, and assist with inventory purchasing as needed.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of household appliances and systems, promptly reporting any issues to the house manager or appropriate service providers.
- Assist with occasional special projects and event preparations as directed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a high-end private residence, luxury hotel, or similar setting, with a demonstrated track record of maintaining exceptional standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and interacting with the household's principals and guests.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the house manager and other staff members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $45+ an hour - 30-40 hours/week. Local candidates only at this time. Potential for O/T
