Compensation: $80K+ annually or $35–$40 per hour (overtime available; based on experience)

About the Family
A lovely, active couple in their mid-60s is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Household Assistant to help manage their home. They have nine wonderful grandchildren who visit often and have recently moved into a beautiful new 8,000-square-foot residence.
They are long-time Dallas residents who value warmth, discretion, and dependability. The couple has maintained full-time household support for many years and is seeking someone who takes pride in keeping a tidy and well-run home.
Key Responsibilities

Daily housekeeping and organization of a very tidy home

Laundry and basic clothing care, including assisting with packing and unpacking (casual wardrobe)

Light meal preparation and assistance with dinner setup

Prepare simple salads, snacks, and light meals during the day (e.g., tuna salad, fresh salads in the fridge)

Set and clear the table for meals; provide evening turndown service

Accept deliveries, answer the door, and coordinate with household vendors and service providers

Maintain inventory of household supplies and communicate needs

Provide occasional assistance to Mrs., who is a double amputee with prosthetics

Run local errands as needed (driving preferred but not required)
Qualifications

Proven experience as a housekeeper or household assistant in a private home

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable coordinating with vendors (text, call, and email; TREC-savvy preferred)

Friendly, respectful, and reliable with excellent communication skills

Able to maintain privacy and professionalism at all times

Cooking and meal prep experience a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
