Full-Time Housekeepers – Luxury Private Estate

Position Overview

A wonderful opportunity is available for experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join an established, highly professional household team at a beautiful new private residence in the Juno Beach/Palm Beach Gardens area. The family is looking to hire multiple Housekeepers to support their growing team.

Our clients are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, youthful environment, take genuine pride in their work, and appreciate the standards expected within an ultra-high-net-worth private household.

The residence is supported by a sophisticated team of professionals, bringing together experienced private estate staff and individuals from the luxury yachting industry. There is an established management structure, detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and comprehensive household manuals. The family also has two non-shedding dogs, so being comfortable with pets is advantageous.

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in luxury private residences, superyachts, five-star hospitality, or similarly high-standard environments.

This is a structured household with established systems, clear expectations, and an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping and detailed cleaning throughout the residence, maintaining impeccable white-glove standards.

• Deep cleaning, seasonal cleaning, and meticulous Q-tip-level detailing.

• Understanding the correct use of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques for delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, and specialty materials.

• Full laundry responsibilities, including steaming, pressing, and the careful handling of fine clothing and linens.

• Wardrobe management, closet organization, and maintaining personal inventories.

• Assisting with packing and unpacking for the principals and family members.

• Maintaining household supplies, cleaning inventories, and organization.

• Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and existing team to ensure consistent standards throughout the residence.

• Following established household procedures while remaining open to learning new techniques and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are professional, polished, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about private household service.

• Previous experience in luxury private households, yachting, or five-star hospitality is strongly preferred.

• High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to work comfortably in a busy, youthful household.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of luxury housekeeping standards.

• Comfortable working within a structured, fully staffed environment and following direction from senior household management.

• Willingness to learn from an established team of experienced white-glove professionals.

• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.

• Clear command of English, with excellent communication skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable communicating through email, WhatsApp, and other household communication systems.

• Professional discretion, reliability, and a genuine appreciation for long-term employment.

• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend coverage when required.

• Excellent, verifiable professional references and a clean background are essential.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Location: Juno Beach / Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

• Positions Available: Housekeepers - Multiple 

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional weekends

• Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, equivalent to approximately $83,200–$93,600 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek

• Paid Vacation: Two weeks annually

• Sick Leave: One week annually

• Anticipated Hiring: Within the next two to four weeks
