Full-Time Housekeeper/manager – Jacksonville, Nocatee, FL (32095)

We are seeking a full-time housekeeper to manage a 4,800-square-foot home located in Nocatee, FL (Jacksonville, FL ZIP Code 32095). The family includes three children, and both principals work from home. The household is informal and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The family also owns a second home in Vilano Beach, FL approximately 5,000 square feet in size (additionally located in Jacksonville, FL ZIP Code 32082). They are looking for someone who can independently manage and coordinate both homes, including scheduling and overseeing vendors, maintaining laundry, keeping inventories, assisting with simple meal preparation, running errands, and working a standard 40-hour week.

The family is eager to find someone as soon as possible, as the mother is preparing for surgery and would like to have support in place to assist with the daily tasks of managing a busy household with three children and a husband who works from home.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, humble, and capable of taking initiative. They should be able to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and be punctual and respectful. The family values someone who can work independently while maintaining a positive and supportive environment in their home.

This is a live-out position with compensation ranging from $30 to $35 per hour depending on expereince. The family is flexible and can accommodate an independent contractor (1099) or offer a payroll position, depending on the candidate’s preference.

Monday through Friday, 8,30am to 4.30pm. The scheudle is felxible for the right candidate, averaging 40 hours a week.

Weekend coverage flexability would be appreciated. There is the opportunity to make extra hours. 

Must have outstanding refereneces, and pass a detailed criminal and drug screening.
