A private couple in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy Housekeeper to care for their beautifully maintained 5-bedroom residence. The household includes two small children (no direct childcare required). This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with high standards, excellent manners, and strong attention to detail.

Schedule

• Fall/Winter/Spring (November–April): Full-time, approx. 40+ hours/week, with flexibility required during the holidays
• Summer (May–October): Reduced hours

Key Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping and deep cleaning of all areas of the home
• Laundry and ironing, including linens and delicate items
• Organizational tasks (closets, pantry, and storage)
• Household errands and shopping as needed
• Light family support (e.g., tidying up after children, though no childcare required)
• Seasonal preparation and close-down of the home before and after travel
• Inventory management and ordering supplies (including online orders)
• Assistance with seasonal décor and flower arranging
• Laundry care, dry-cleaning management, ironing, and full wardrobe organization, including assistance with packing and unpacking
• Table setting and simple meal prep (washing produce, light preparation, assisting with service)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a private household
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable around children and able to maintain a child-friendly environment
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy
• Legal to work in the U.S. with valid references
• Local candidates preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000, depending on experience
• Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick leave, medical and dental coverage
