Overview: Immediate hire for an exceptional and experienced Housekeeper to maintain a stunning property just outside of Aspen, Colorado. The clients, value formality and seek a housekeeper who can uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization. This position involves working closely with a fully staffed estate to ensure the residence is consistently maintained to a white glove, five-star standard. This position will start out as a part time role and evolve into a full time position in the summer. This position is a fantastic opportunity and truely the dream job for right fit.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, steaming/ironing and hand washing when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the house manager to coordinate schedules and tasks, ensuring seamless management of the property in the absence of the principals.
• Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, and valuable items with attention to detail and care.
• Manage household inventories, including cleaning supplies, linens, and pantry items, and assist with inventory purchasing as needed.
• Oversee the care and maintenance of household appliances and systems, promptly reporting any issues to the house manager or appropriate service providers.
• Assist with occasional special projects and event preparations as directed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a high-end private residence, luxury hotel, or similar setting, with a demonstrated track record of maintaining exceptional standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and interacting with the household's principals and guests.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the house manager and other staff members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $90,000 - $120,000 - Local candidates only at this time. 
• Live-out position
