Location: McLean, Virginia, 22101 (with occasional support at additional family properties)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 10:00am–7:00pm
Flexible hours for the right candidate.
Compensation: $50+ /hour + Medical Benefits + Use of Vehicle
A wonderful family in McLean, Virginia is seeking an experienced, hands-on Housekeeper who also enjoys assisting with light childcare and family support. The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced household. The principal Mr and Mrs both work, are extrememly busy and look for somoene who can self manage, use common sense.
Key Responsibilities

Full-charge housekeeping for a well-maintained, clean home. 4,800 Sq ft, 5 Bedroom and 7 Bath. Two bedrooms used daily

Daily cleaning, organization, laundry, and household upkeep

Prepare simple, healthy, family-style meals, prep and leave dinner

Periodically drive their daughter to and from appointments and activities

Assist at additional family properties as needed

Maintain household inventory and ensure proper stocking

Coordinate with vendors when necessary

Anticipate household needs and work proactively
Qualifications

Strong experience working in private homes

Excellent housekeeping skills with a high attention to detail

Confident family-style cook

Safe, responsible driver; comfortable transporting children

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Warm, polite, and professional demeanor

Flexible and dependable; able to work Monday–Friday on the agreed schedule

Discreet, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Compensation & Benefits

$95K to $115K depending on experience, opportunity for O/T
