Live-in Housekeeper: Puerto Rico
Lovely couple with an amazing three-story 6000 sq. ft. penthouse in Condado and a beach home under construction in Dorado are looking for an experienced, bi-lingual housekeeper to live-in and become part of the family. This family are self-made, practical, and informal but want someone who is experienced, wants to live in their home and meld into their family.
The family consists of the principals and an 11-year-old daughter who lives with the couple. The couple also has two daughters who live in Miami, and visit for the holidays.
The principals are private and would like a candidate who is respectful and hard working.
The ideal candidate will make himself or herself feel at home. They will have the freedom to help themselves to anything in the fridge, have a coffee with Mrs., run errands and support the two homes, ensuing that standard are maintained.
A generously appointed private bedroom and bathroom on a private floor is offered with the role Condado.
At the family’s beach home in Dorado Beach, they are building a separate private studio on the property for the housekeeper/executive housekeeper.
Responsibilities:
All aspects for cleaning the three-floor apartment. (Note, that there is an outside firm who does the heavy cleaning, floors, and windows every second week. Additionally, there is a handman to assist with heavy lifting etc.)
Laundry and pressing, closet management and organization
Set the table for dinner and help Mrs. with basic meal preparation
Be highly organized, keep lists making sure the cleaning supplies are stocked and that the home is always neat.
Assist stocking and mainting the pantry, keeping it organized and assist with putting away grocery shopping.
The candidate should expect to have the same responsibilities at the couple’s In Dorado beach residence, which consists of 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
40–50-hour week (Monday to Friday with possible weekend support when the family have visitors)
