House Manager/Project Manager/Property Manager - Miami, FL

We seek a highly skilled and organized House/Property Manager/Project Manager to manage our UHNW client's home(s) in Miami, FL. Our client is married and very discreet.

The ideal candidate is driven and respectful, with a 24/7 mindset. The candidate must have outstanding tenure to be considered. Prior project/construction management experience and being well-networked with local vendors in Miami would be advantageous. Ideally, have a net-work of architects and high-end interior designers. 

This role requires the ability to self-manage. You are the team, communicating directly with Mr., who is a no-nonsense, likes to be involved, a practical entrepreneur. As the family is private, support staff would be scheduled as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • years of minimum experience as a House Manager/Project Manager/Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, prior contract negotiation experience - budget-minded, always having our client's best interest at heart.  
  • Paralegal background, public notary advantageous.  
  • Ability to source, manage, and effectively coordinate vendors. 
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Proactive, demonstrating the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful, and ability to take ownership of the role.
  • Must understand boundaries, be without ego, and be a team player.
  • Prior experience working with building authorities and the ability to prepare presentations to authorities moving projects forward.
  • Should have a hands-on approach to property maintenance and the ability to troubleshooting mechanical and smart home technology.

Compensation:

$160,000 - $240,000+, depending on experience.
