House Manager/Housekeeper – Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, 32082
A lovely family in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is seeking a House Manager/Housekeeper. The family has a home gym, pool, and sauna. Experience cleaning and maintaining gym equipment, pools, and saunas is beneficial.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparation of breakfast and dinner (when family chef is off)
- Running household errands, picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, etc.
- Maintain household inventories, stock fridge
- General upkeep of home – sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, maintain a safe environment
- Communicate with and schedule vendors
- Answer the phone and be able to take clear, concise messages
- Laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and linens
- Cleaning and organization of closets
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages
- Maintaining inventory and cleanliness of peronal towels and bathmats, pool towels, and drinking water in the gym and by the pool
- Outdoor care for plants and furniture
- Nightly turndown with fresh water

Flexible - 40-hour work week
Compensation:
$30 - $35/hour
