House Manager/Butler/Executive Housekeeper

A busy, young San Juan, Puerto Rico family is looking for a hands-on house manager/butler. This role is open to an executive housekeeper with administrative skills. The family is informal. Both principles are specialized in the medical field and have hectic lives. They would like to find someone who is self-motivated and can take initiative with little direction, and own the role.
The family lives in a 3,550 sq. ft. apartment with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in San Juan. There are two housekeepers, and the children have child support in place. There are no pets.
The family owns a rental apartment close to their primary residence in San Juan that would also need to be managed, along with a vacation home in the region of Isabela, PR (3,000 sq. ft., 4-bedroom home in a resort community).
The primary focus is running all three homes: scheduling staff, hiring staff, managing vendors, repairing, and updating all properties, including managing inventories between properties.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, prior experience managing staff, and calendar management. The applicant should be tech-savvy, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly detailed, and have positive, outgoing energy.
Administratively, the candidate will be asked to create itineraries for the family when they travel or, if one of the principals travels for work, the position would require booking transfers, flights, and hotels.
The family are ideally looking for someone already in Puerto Rico or a candidate who has family in the country and is looking to move to be closer to relatives. The family are also willing to relocate a skilled, exceptional candidate. Spanish speaking is desired, but not essential.

Monday to Friday (With some weekend coverage as needed)
40-50 hours a week.
Salary, $75,000 to $85,000
The family will rent an apartment for candidates who need housing
