Responsibilities:

  • An appreciation for art and the curation of museum quality pieces
  • Excellent attention to detail, start a project, own it, and see it finished
  • Excellent vendor management skills, representing our client in a professional, respectful manner
  • Tech-savvy, Mac proficient, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Know your limitations and be able and willing to ask for help when uncertain
  • Assist with wardrobe management to include: basic laundering, dry-cleaning drop-off & tracking
  • Stock fridges, make sure the pantry is stocked and everything is in-date at all times
  • Basic cooking: prepare and leave an evening meal, food and beverage service when guests are in the home
  • Driving our client to and from the airport, functions, and meetings
  • Event management coordinating with our client’s EA
  • Skilled calendar management and the sharing of events
  • This home is 8000sqft and consists of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms
  • The managment of two housekeepers in place, one p/t and one full-time
  • Your responsibiliteis will include the management of their schedules, submitting payroll bi-weekly, management of P/T/O, understanding of state regulated HR practice 

Salary: $120,000k to $150,000 D/O/E
