Full-Time Houseman or housekeeper – Palm Beach, FL & Westhampton, NY

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Houseman or Housekeeper to support our clients mother in her Palm Beach residence, with seasonal travel to her beachfront home in Westhampton during the summer months. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a respectful, welcoming household.

Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping and general household upkeep

• Light cooking and meal preparation as needed

• Driving Principal to appointments and running errands

• Vehickle maintenance, cleaning, gas etc 

• Exterior maintenance support, including light handyman tasks (bulb replacements, door hardware adjustments, etc.)

• Seasonal travel to Westhampton, NY, to support the Principal’s summer residence

• Ensuring overall household organization, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a private household or similar setting preferred

• Strong hands-on skills with light repairs, maintenance, and exterior care

• Safe driver with a valid license and clean record

• Flexible, reliable, and discreet with excellent attention to detail

• Must be based in the Palm Beach, FL area with the ability and willingness to travel to the Hamptons for the summer months

• Live out when in Florida, private room and bathroom offered when traveling 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000–$90,000+ annually dending on expereince

• Benefits package included - 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week of sick leave
