Compensation: $40–$45 per hour

Overview:
Our clients, a warm and gracious husband-and-wife household, are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Full-Time Housekeeper with strong healthy cooking abilities to support their 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment in Aventura. The principals recently purchased the apartment and will be residing in Miami through at least the end of the summer while the wife undergoes treatment for a recent breast cancer diagnosis. Because of this, they are looking for a kind, attentive, and “all-around” individual who can maintain the home to a high standard while also preparing nutritious meals that support her recovery.

Although the residence is spacious, it is occupied primarily by the couple, so the workload remains manageable. The ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible and preferably speak Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization throughout the 4-bedroom, 5-bath residence

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks including laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and general upkeep

  • Prepare healthy, balanced meals tailored to support wellness and recovery

  • Manage grocery shopping, pantry organization, and meal planning

  • Ensure the home remains tidy and well-maintained, noting that only two principals reside there most of the time

  • Provide compassionate, respectful support to a principal undergoing medical treatment

  • Assist with errands and household coordination as needed

  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, reliability, and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of private household experience with excellent references

  • Strong housekeeping skills and familiarity with caring for fine furnishings and luxury finishes

  • Proven experience preparing healthy, home-cooked meals

  • Warm, kind, and compassionate demeanor—sensitivity to health-related needs is essential

  • Spanish-speaking preferred

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

Compensation:

  • $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience

  • Immediate start preferred
