POSITION OVERVIEW

The household staff are responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness, organization,

and presentation of a private estate. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong

sense of discretion, and the ability to always uphold luxury standards. The ideal candidate is

service-oriented, proactive, and experienced in caring for fine furnishings, specialty materials

and surfaces. Must be comfortable around dogs. This position is based in Atlanta, GA. Which is the primary residence with travel required to other homes in other states. As well as occasional travel abroad.

This is a non-smoking home and property. Availability to work nights and weekends is required. Compensation $100,000 - $120,000k. 

Key Responsibilities

Estate Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Maintain all interior spaces to a five-star standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms,
  • kitchens, living areas, and specialty rooms. Clean outdoor living spaces
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and
  • sanitizing
  • Care for luxury surfaces and materials (marble, hardwood, crystal, silver, fine fabrics)
  • using appropriate methods and products
  • Preform seasonal deep cleaning and special cleaning/organizing projects
  • Monitor the condition of the home and report maintenance needs promptly to house manager

Laundry & Wardrobe Care

  • Launder, steam, press, and fold clothing, linens, and towels to luxury standards
  • Care for delicate garments, couture pieces, and specialty fabrics
  • Organize closets and wardrobes, ensuring items are stored properly and ready for use.
  • Coordinate dry cleaning pickups and deliveries. Log all dry-cleaning items in the logbook
  • Kitchen & Pantry Support
  • Maintain a spotless kitchen environment, clean out all drawers and appliances on a
  • weekly basis
  • Clean and organize pantries, refrigerators, and storage areas; rotate stock and track expiration dates
  • Assist with table setting, serving, and cleanup for family dinners, meetings and larger
  • gatherings
  • Monitor levels of stock on hand in refrigerators and pantries
  • Guest & Family Service
  • Prepare guest bedrooms with hotel level presentation, including linens, amenities, and
  • personalized touches
  • Support the principal’s daily routines with discretion and attentiveness
  • Ensure the estate is always guest ready
  • Organization & Inventory
  • Maintain household inventories for cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, and other
  • essentials
  • Restock items proactively and communicate purchasing needs to the house manager
  • Keep storage areas/pantries meticulously organized
  • Pet Care (2 dogs)
  • Assist with pet care such as feeding, cleaning pet areas, brushing and occasional walking
  • Maintain cleanliness of pet related spaces, water and feeding bowls

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely and in conjunction with other household staff
  • Follow established household protocols, schedules, and service standards
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and cooperative attitude and attire
  • Help create a cohesive and friendly household staff environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in luxury homes, boutique hotels, yachts, or similar high-end
  • environments
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, appropriate cleaning products, fine fabric care,
  • and luxury home maintenance
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical activities, climb a ladder, kneel, walk up
  • flights of stairs, stand for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on principles schedule and needs
  • Familiar with Crestron and smart home technology
  • Computer proficiency, Excel, Word, Outlook calendar, email and text
  • Availability for a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
