We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly professional Private Flight Attendant / Travel Hostess to support a private household under Part 91 flight operations. All travel-related expenses, accommodations, and meals provided.
This unique hybrid role includes both in-flight responsibilities aboard a private aircraft and hospitality services within the principal’s private residence. The ideal candidate will deliver an impeccable standard of service, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and provide a warm, personalized experience for the principal and guests.
Key Responsibilities
In-Flight Duties:

Deliver first-class service on board a private aircraft, ensuring safety, comfort, and luxury for all passengers.

Assist with boarding, deplaning, and guest accommodations during flights.

Serve gourmet meals, beverages, and snacks tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight cabin inspections to ensure safety equipment is functional and the cabin is prepared.

Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.

Respond to medical or emergency situations in accordance with FAA protocols.

Uphold the highest levels of discretion and professionalism at all times.
Residential & Travel Support Duties:

Provide elevated hospitality within the principal’s residence, including meal and beverage service, event support, and personal assistance.

Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with personalized care and discretion.
- Assist creating line item detailed itinari for family, guests and business associates

Coordinate travel logistics, including itineraries, reservations, and ground transportation.

Support in-home social events and gatherings, ensuring seamless execution.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of guest and entertainment areas.

Assist with shopping, errands, and various household tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a flight attendant or in a similar high-end hospitality role; Part 91 experience preferred.

FAA Flight Attendant Certificate (or equivalent) with current emergency training.

Prior experience in private home service or as a travel hostess strongly preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing schedules and locations.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Requirements

Must be able to travel frequently, including international and domestic flights.

Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Valid passport required.

Must pass background check and drug screening.

Compensation:
- $130,000 + D/O/E + Bonus
