Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Flight Attendant for our UHNW, high-visibility clients based in Miami, Florida. As a member of the flight crew team, you will provide top-tier service aboard their private jet. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our esteemed clientele, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their travels. A proactive approach to preparing for client’s arrival etc. - food & beverage requirements, pillow preference, sensitivity to smells, any allergies.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients upon boarding and assist with seating arrangements and luggage.
- Provide a comprehensive pre-flight safety briefing.
- Attend to clients' needs and preferences throughout the flight, offering personalized service and anticipating their requirements.
- Should have white-glove training and the ability to serve gourmet meals, beverages, and other amenities according to clients' preferences.
- Maintain a pristine cabin environment, including cleanliness, maintain all stocks, and communicate clearly with other team members about any changes in diet or preferences. Must have a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- Monitor cabin conditions and address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with pilots and ground staff to ensure seamless operations and timely departures and arrivals.
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and crew.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding clients' personal information and travel arrangements.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a private flight attendant.
- Prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients in similar environments. Must understand discretion, confidentiality, and security.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Certified in safety procedures and emergency protocols specific to private jet travel.
- Flexibility to work 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to maintain composure and adaptability in high-pressure situations and changing environments.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as needed.
