We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities/Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of a luxurious large home and multiple outbuildings in Southwest Colorado. The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded, hands-on, and well-versed in managing/maintaining large properties at high altitudes.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to live on-site at a stunning property, with housing provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Handle snow removal and prepare the property for seasonal weather conditions
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed, maintaining a results-oriented mindset
• Be on-call for emergencies and available to work varied hours when necessary
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, ensuring high-quality service
• Manage administrative duties, including organizational tasks and time management
• Hands-on maintain all mechanical systems. This is not a point and direct opportunity, the role is hands-on.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities/Property Manager or similar role
• Experience managing large properties, particularly at high altitudes
• Expertise in building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and managing the property
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience with snow removal and seasonal weather preparation

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Ability to pass a detailed criminal background check

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 +, based on qualifications and experience
