Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
A private Dallas household is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized and experienced House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee day-to-day household operations and provide comprehensive support to a busy Principal. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily household operations and serve as the main point of contact for staff and vendors.

Manage property maintenance, scheduling, preventative upkeep, and special projects.

Track and reconcile household expenses; maintain inventories, logs, and organizational systems.

Coordinate the Principal’s personal/professional calendars, appointments, and complex travel arrangements (including private aircraft).

Support family logistics: custody schedules, pickups/drop-offs, drivers, errands, and pharmacy runs.

Provide timely updates to the Principal and respond promptly to text/email/phone requests.

Assist with special projects, events, and ad-hoc household needs.
Qualifications

5+ years in House Management, Personal Assistance, or private estate operations.

Strong vendor management, scheduling, and organizational abilities.

Tech-savvy with excellent communication and high discretion.

Valid driver’s license; comfort driving the Principal.

Flexible for occasional evenings/weekends.
