Position Overview:
We are offering a wonderful live-in opportunity for a dedicated and professional Executive Housekeeper to join a warm and welcoming household. The position involves working for a couple in their 50s, who enjoy entertaining, and their two well-behaved dogs. The home primarily consists of Mr. and Mrs., with their adult children visiting on weekends. This role requires an experienced, team-oriented, and detail-focused individual with a long-term commitment to household management. The existing team is established and has been in place for many years, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
The family’s primary residence includes 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and you will be responsible for maintaining the home to the highest standards, assisting with event preparations, and managing household inventories. The ideal candidate will possess prior executive housekeeping experience, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning:

Perform daily cleaning of all principal living areas and ensure they are in pristine condition.

Provide evening turndown service, ensuring the home is always welcoming.

Conduct regular deep cleaning and maintain organization in all household spaces, including the pantry and closets.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management:

Manage the family’s laundry needs, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.

Assist with packing, unpacking, and tracking clothing between residences.

Errands & Shopping:

Run errands as needed, including grocery shopping, managing deliveries, and handling returns.

Manage household inventories, order supplies online, and ensure timely procurement of all necessary items.

Seasonal Décor & Event Support:

Prepare the home for seasonal décor, including setting up for holidays and special occasions.

Assist with flower arrangements and care, as well as watering plants and flowers throughout the home.

Support event set-up, serving, and post-event clean-up for gatherings and family entertainment.

Pet Care:

Care for two friendly dogs, ensuring they are fed, walked, and well-maintained during the family's residence.

Team Collaboration & Management:

Coordinate with other housekeepers and assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage for the household.

Maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional approach while working with the existing household staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: At least 5 years of executive housekeeping experience or in a similar high-end residential role.

Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving when needed.

Attention to Detail: Must have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with family members, guests, and other staff.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to manage schedules, order supplies, and coordinate household tasks.

Pet Care: Experience in caring for pets, including feeding, walking, and attending to their needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience
