Executive Housekeeper

Full-Time | Live-In | $50–$60 Per Hour DOE + Health Stipend

A private family is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly dependable Executive Housekeeper to provide year-round care for two beautifully maintained residences in Palm Beach, Florida, and East Hampton, New York.

The family is seeking someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a home to an exceptional standard and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity. The current housekeeper has been with the family for 12 years, reflecting the family's commitment to longevity with their household staff.

The Residences

Palm Beach, Florida

• Approximately 6,000 square feet
• 3 bedrooms plus staff room
• 3 bathrooms plus staff bathroom and powder room
• Small gym
• Patio and front porch areas

East Hampton, New York

• Approximately 6,000 square feet
• 6 bedrooms, including staff accommodations
• 6 bathrooms plus powder room
• Small gym
• Patio and porch areas

Responsibilities

• Detailed daily housekeeping and maintaining both residences to a consistently high standard
• Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens, and common areas
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Changing and maintaining bed linens and towels
• Maintaining closets, household supplies, and inventories
• Keeping the residences organized, polished, and guest-ready
• Light cleaning and upkeep of the gyms, patios, and porch areas
• Household shopping and replenishment of supplies as needed
• Responding to the principals' household requests throughout the day
• Operating the household alarm system as required
• Communicating via text and telephone as needed
• Assisting with additional household needs as they arise

Schedule

The family's current schedule is:

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–8:00 PM, with approximately three hours of personal time during the middle of the day
Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

The family may consider a Monday–Friday schedule for the right candidate. Flexibility will be important depending on the family's schedule, travel, guests, and household needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced private household professional who is warm, discreet, hardworking, organized, and naturally attentive to detail. The family is looking for someone who understands the importance of maintaining a beautiful residence while respecting the privacy and personal space of the principals.

Candidates should be comfortable traveling seasonally between Palm Beach and East Hampton and be interested in establishing a long-term relationship with the family.

Start Date

Late November, following approximately 2–3 weeks of training with the family's current longtime housekeeper.
