Executive Housekeeper
We are looking to present an excellent house manager/executive housekeeper to support a wonderful, busy, young hands-on, up-beat family in Charleston, South Carolina. The family is looking for a dynamic person to help maintain their informal four bedrooms, five-bathroom main house, totaling 4,500 sq ft. Additionally, there is a small 1-bedroom guest cottage and separate gym.
The family consists of busy working parents who own their businesses. Mr. is in the medical field running multiple medical practices, and mom is in the fashion industry. She travels domestically and internally, weekly and monthly. There are two small children and a new baby due in two months. The family is looking for support as soon as possible and will entertain sourcing suitably skilled candidates locally or out of state.
The focus of this position is maintaining all aspects of the home.
Responsibilities:
Vendor management, food shopping, ordering online, inventory control, laundry, dry-cleaning management, assistance with packing and unpacking, wardrobe management, and house sitting when the family travels. A successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, and can self-manage.
Mrs. shared that she wants a fun personality, a can-do attitude, and a team player mentality. She would like to find a candidate willing to blend into the family, and be part of an active household. Our clients are respectful and treasure their existing employees. There is a current nanny in place and a part-time housekeeper.
Benefits
$60,000 to $80,000 Depending on experience

Standard P/T/O (2 weeks Holidays, 1 week of sick leave)
Open to candidates on the 'East Coast', with re-location assistance
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of three years previous experience in a simular role
Must have verifiable references
Must pass a detailed criminal background check
Must have the ability to drive
