Executive House Keeper, Harbor Island, Miami, Florida - PLACED
A lovely family of five is looking for a highly skilled Housekeeper/Executive Housekeeper.
The family will initially move into a rental property, August 19th for a few months until their new home on Harbor Island is complete.
The family’s new home is approximately 5,500 sq ft, with six bedrooms and 6 and 1/2 baths.
The focus is on housekeeping, laundry, stocking of pantries, managing vendors, general house maintenance, basic meal prep support, ordering online supplies. The family is open to an outside team supporting deep cleaning periodically. The family wants a team player who will jump in on any task and get the job done. The family is fair and will compensate a candidate for work outside of their regular hours.
Driving the children to and from school (12, 9 and 6) is a significant part of this role. Ideally, the family would like you to use your car initially and get reimbursed for mileage. Eventually, they will possibly provide a house car.
The family is looking for someone who takes the initiative, has common sense, loves dogs, and enjoys being in an informal family environment where everyone is appreciated. The previous staff has been with the family for close to 15 years.
The family is looking for a candidate with proven longevity in previous roles and has long-term intent.
The family is high-energy, cheerful, and very hands-on. They are self-made entrepreneurs and appreciate any support to help maintain their busy lives.
Monday thorugh Friday, 9am to 5pm
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to swim
Must drive and have a clean driving record
Must enjoy being around animals two large dogs
Must be able to text, communicate in English clearly
Have excellent, verifiable references
Must be vacinated
