We seek an Executive Housekeeper with basic management skills for a beautiful 12,000 sq.ft., seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate.
The family has four children; two kids are away in college and live with their parents at the house. The family is warm and friendly; they have four dogs and a rabbit. They are looking for an individual who wants to be part of a fun, upbeat environment, someone who can multitask, is highly detailed, and is high-energy.
The majority of this position is housekeeping, caring for the family home. The family may periodically ask you to stay with their dogs while they travel.
Everything in the home is labeled and meticulously maintained. The decor includes antiques and beautiful silver finishings.
The schedule is five days a week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility. Any additional hours worked will be paid at an hourly rate. The family is fair and reasonable regarding the schedule; for example, if you stay late one evening, you can come in late the following day. The idea is to have a very amicable, give-take relationship.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a wonderful family. The family is looking for someone long-term.

- Must have a friendly, personable character
- Cooking is not a requirement of the job, but someone who can help occasionally prepare the children healthy meals is desirable.
- Transport the kids to and from school as needed.
- Inventory management, grocery shopping, and maintaining household items.
- Manage plumbers and contractors and be their main point of contact.
- Must understand laundry, read labels, understand the different types of fabric care, and clean accordingly.
- Must be comfortable cleaning and maintaining antiques and silver finishings.
Salary:
85k - 95k D.O.E
