Full-Time Live-out Executive Housekeeper/ With Management Skills: Puerto Rico - Dorado 

Our U.S. mainland-based client has two vacation condos in a 5-star resort in the Dorado Beach area of Puerto Rico. She wants to hire a full-time, multi-faceted housekeeper/manager with basic cooking skills. 

Our Client generally makes several week-long stays throughout the year and requests flexibility with scheduling when visiting.

The two condos have six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, all of which must be maintained, although not all are used.  

Responsibilities:

The ideal housekeeper/manager will have experience managing wardrobes and maintaining all inventories. Must have an excellent command of Spanish and English. The apartments must always be guest-ready. The family seeks someone who can self-manage, take the initiative, be attentive to details, coordinate travel arrangements, greet guests, and ensure everyone is welcomed. The family is friendly and semi-formal. Must understand boundaries and respect professional limits. Must have a proactive approach to maintaining the residences and have a high level of attention to detail. 

The candidate should have excellent driving skills; sometimes, the candidate will take the family vehicle to Costco and run errands. The ideal applicant should have a relationship with Puerto Rico or be from the island. Someone familiar with the area, community, and resources would be advantageous. The contender must be tech-savvy and able to manage a calendar and vendors and run errands. Should be able to occasionally travel to the family residence in New England as needed.

Must be an excellent housekeeper/laundry and have basic cooking abilities.

Must be physically fit, able to climb stairs, and clean windows.

Must have a neat and well-groomed presentation.

Must be highly organized, maintain and order all supplies, be attention detailed, and self-manage. 

Must pass a detailed criminal and credit background check

Have a minimum of 5 years prior experience working in a private home and verifiable references

Must be bi-lingual 

Ability to drive, use Uber, tech-savvy, confident e-mailing and texting essential

Salary and benefits:

$100 to $140K D/O/E

Medical Stipend

weeks paid vacation/ 1 week of sick leave
