Seeking a Full-time, permanent, live out Executive Housekeeper for a lovely formal home on the Monterey Peninsula, California. This position requires someone with impeccable housekeeping credentials, skills and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of privacy and security.
A long time Peninsula resident seeks a very experienced, and very qualified full charge housekeeper, fluent in English read and write, who would report to the Lady of the home.
This home is multi-generational and with the children grown out of the home, much of the daily cleaning is repetitive in limited parts of the home.
The husband and wife have pets so applicants with allergies or that use tobacco should not consider this position. This couple requires someone with extensive and practiced attention to detail in all cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of surfaces as appropriate, without relocating or changing owners’ preferences.
The owners have extensive printed daily home cleaning schedules as well as additional tasks done on a less than daily or weekly basis.
An ideal candidate is consistent and reliable and has full command of time management while performing full charge housekeeping for the entire home, which includes top to bottom of all surfaces. This would include all linens and clothes washing, ironing, and assists in dry cleaning and pickup, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom cleaning. There is no other staff currently.
This long-time conservative married couple prefers a single person without drama and may consider the right couple.
A 2-week working trial is strongly preferred to ensure success for both parties at a compensation rate that is mutually negotiated.
A comprehensive background check to be passed with at least 3 work supervisor references is required.
Salary and Benefits:
Wage starts at $65K plus DOE, and up to $100K per annum with increases on merit and performance.
Salary for a domestic couple negotiable.

40 Hour week, M-F full time, rare weekend work.
