Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Location: Cayman Islands, with travel between Cayman Islands and New York

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Housekeeper to manage the household of a same-sex Chinese and German couple residing in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing a large property. This position reports directly to the Estate Manager and involves overseeing all aspects of household maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the household, including cleaning, laundry, and organization.
2. Coordinate with external service providers, such as maintenance contractors, landscapers, and vendors.
3. Ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
4. Oversee household budgets, inventory management, and purchasing of household supplies.
5. Plan and execute household events and gatherings, including coordinating with catering services and managing guest accommodations.
6. Manage household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling as needed.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements between the Cayman Islands and New York, including packing and unpacking, transportation logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
8. Couple is expecting a baby, so ability to assist with some childcare duties might be needed, including babysitting and child transportation.
9. Always maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting.
2. Fluency in German and/or Mandarin/Cantonese is highly beneficial.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
6. Flexibility to travel between the Cayman Islands and New York as needed.
7. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and household management best practices.
8. Discretion and respect for privacy.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
