• Full charge of all housekeeping duties, ensuring the home is maintained to the highest standards
• Laundry care, including fine garments, linens, and dry-cleaning management
• Inventory management and ordering of household supplies
• Closet organization and seasonal wardrobe rotation
• Care and cleaning of high-end finishes using appropriate products and methods
• Calendar management and light communication by email and text
• Occasional coordination with vendors and service providers
• Pet Care - feeding and walking the family small dog at times
• Maintain family vehicles, co-ordinate cleaning service/maintain servicing
• Schedule vendors and oversee their work. Booties, required on all service vendors when entering the home
• Must have a clean understanding of best cleaning practices. Delicate surfaces and priceless art work. 

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or high-level Housekeeper in a private residence
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for luxury homes and delicate finishes
• Conversational Spanish preferred, but not required
• Tech-savvy enough to manage calendars and communicate digitally
• Currently based in Puerto Rico or strong personal ties to the island (the family will consider relocation for a candidate who grew up there or has family on the island)
• Comfortable working in an informal household while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Must be comfortable around pets

• Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience
• Two weeks paid vacation
• One week paid sick leave
