A highly experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant with proven tenure is needed for a UHNW principal based in Houston, TX. Our principal travels often and needs support managing her busy and active lifestyle. 

The current EA was in place for close to thirty years. Many staff have been in the same position for twenty plus years. This is wonderful respectful family who appreciate hard work, and seek a candidate who is looking for a long term commitment. 

The expectations of the personal assistant include:

  • Running errands, travel as companion with the principal
  • Sit in on meetings and take minute notes
  • Tracking and receiving deliveries between multiple households
  • Managing multiple calendars, meetings, and appointment reminders for the principal and her family and guests
  • Ordering lunch/dinner/invites & RSVP’s, coordination of planes, domestic staff with clear communication with corporate offices globally
  • Detailed itineraries, travel logistics, to include booking flights, charters, restaurant reservations domestically and internationally
  • Ensuring secondary residences and vacation homes are prepared for the principal's arrival, and updating all staff of preference changes
  • At time supporting personal shopping, gifting, tracking of RSVP's, packing, and unpacking for travel, management of all passports/visas for the principal and her direct family 
  • Correspondence on behalf of the principal with contractors, staff, business associates, etc. 
  • Confident in the use of/ and updates to all computers, mobile devices, apps, documentation of codes/passwords etc. 
  • The ideal candidate will be highly tech-savvy.
  • Must be physically in good shape, have an air of confidence and can represent our client in meetings 
  • Prior experience with stylists, working with and scheduling interior designers on a national and international level would be advantageous
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) would be advantageous. 
  • Must be highly detailed, have a 24/7 work ethic and enjoy a fast-paced respectful work environment. 
  • Prior experience working with security and secret service welcomed.

 

  • $130,000 to $160,000 annual salary
