Executive Assistant/House Manager - PLACED
A well-established Atlanta firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide world-class support to its dynamic CEO & family.
Responsibilities will include: managing complex schedules; performing planning, logistics, creative travel planning and operational work; and providing comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy office, family life, corporate plane and personal domestic and international properties.
Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a “no-task-is-too-small” approach to the work. An ideal team member will be able to work well independently but also be flexible enough to be directed at times.

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency with and in-depth knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Expert written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Emotional maturity
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
• Proactive thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• In addition, the EA should enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented.
• End of day reports should be e-mailed to the CFO by 6pm daily
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
• Exemplary references
