Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager/Director of Residences to oversee the operations of multiple luxury residences for our HNW clients in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires professionalism, leadership abilities, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing unparalleled service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Management Skills:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury residences, ensuring they are kept to the highest standards. The main residences are in the same building - 9,000 sq. ft. with adjoining 3,000 sq. ft. unit. There are other properties in Texas and nationally, along with a ranch an hour outside of Fort Worth.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive household manuals outlining SOPs for staff.
- Manage and schedule all domestic staff – hire, on-board, train and manage yearly reviews/bonus/performance evaluations working with the corporate HR support team.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and service providers.
- Work with an in-house security team and ensure that all security systems are functioning at all times. Communicate clearly between corporate and private security teams.
- Coordinate all services, including cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, renovations, and repairs.
- Work with flight crew, ensure that all staff are in place and trained, maintain the planes mechanically, and update all soft furnishings at our clients' request.
Effective Organization:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and expenses.
- Organize and oversee events and gatherings at all residences, including staffing, catering, and logistics.
- Manage household budgets and expenses, including payroll, vendor payments, and supplies.
- Oversee and manage acquisitions, assisting and working with the Mrs. taking notes.
- Must deal with high-pressure, fast-paced environments with a calm, mannerly disposition.
Hospitality:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the satisfaction of the clients, family, and guests.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address any issues or concerns. Must have a proactive approach to managing. Ideally, be hands-on and willing to assist in all departments to ensure a seamless operation.
- Act with discretion and professionalism, guaranteeing privacy and confidentiality.
- Travel between residences nationally as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Must be confident dealing with financial matters and have negotiating contracts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, preferably for HNW individuals or families.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Discretion and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fine dining and entertaining protocols is preferred.
- Event management experience desired.
