Personal Assistant/House Manager - Dubai, UAE
PERSONAL ASSISTANT/HOUSE MANAGER - DUBAI, UAE
House Manager · Private Household
Dubai Hills, Dubai · Full-Time · Live-Out · $120,000 – $140,000 USD DOE
THE OPPORTUNITY
A dynamic, well-traveled couple based in Dubai Hills is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant with strong House Management skills to support their personal and household operations. The principals are engaging and of Russian background, with excellent English. They are seeking a polished, proactive professional who can seamlessly integrate into their lifestyle while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
The couple reside in a beautifully maintained 10,000 sq. ft. home set across two floors, featuring three guest bedrooms, a primary suite, two office spaces, and thoughtfully designed outdoor living areas. The household does not include children or pets.
The environment is calm, organized, and refined in nature. The principals appreciate peace, discretion, and a well-run home that operates quietly and efficiently behind the scenes. This is not a heavily staffed or chaotic household — it is a private residence where attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset will be deeply valued.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and capable of managing a fast-moving environment with calm efficiency. They should be polished, discreet, service-oriented, and entirely comfortable working in a home where one or both principals may be present throughout the day.
Candidates with prior experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, yachting, or high-level private household or executive assistant roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Please note: due to the principals’ specific internal dynamics, candidates who speak Slavic languages will not be considered for this particular opportunity.
