A dynamic and growing high-net-worth family is conducting a national search for an exceptional Hospitality & Operations Manager to lead property management and hospitality operations. Candidates based in Florida and other states are encouraged to apply — relocation may be required as the family have intentions to move to GA, and the family is committed to finding the right person regardless of current location.

Hospitality & Guest Experience
You will be the standard-bearer for the family’s hospitality experience across all properties:
- Maintain homes to a perpetually guest-ready standard, with meticulous attention to cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine household hospitality manuals covering service protocols, guest preferences, and dietary requirements
- Oversee and support the housekeeping team, ensuring consistent quality and organization throughout
- Manage all in-home hospitality and personal service — table settings, turndown service, refreshments, and beyond
- Support and lead private entertaining from concept to execution: floral arrangements, menu coordination, and event management
- Collaborate closely with culinary staff to deliver five-star food presentation and service
- Source, manage, and replenish inventory of premium household supplies, amenities, and beverages
Household & Property Management
You will maintain full operational oversight of the estate and all related properties:
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive household and property manuals
- Oversee and coordinate all daily property maintenance — HVAC, landscaping, pool, plumbing, and all building systems
- Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively before they escalate
- Manage all vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality work, budget adherence, and on-time delivery
- Negotiate service contracts and supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of household expenses and property-related reporting
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing management of household and maintenance staff
- Provide full logistical support for household projects and family events
- Be available to stay overnight at the residence when the family is traveling
- Support the family with carpool, school drop-off and pick-up, errands, and day-to-day needs as they arise
- Must be comfortable with children and dogs — this is a warm, active household
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury household management, private estate management, or private family service. Must be of high energy as the family are youthful with four children and travel extensively – 24/7 approach to support required.
- Deep working knowledge of household systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security
- Formal service etiquette training and a clear understanding of the standards expected in a private household at this level
- Proven ability to lead and manage vendors, contractors, and household staff with diplomacy and efficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required; comprehensive background check required
- Willingness to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area
- Candidates with a combination of Yachting and Hospitality backgrounds encouraged to apply. Ideally, have prior experience working in UHNW private homes.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Estate Manager, Family Office, and Principals.
