POSITION OVERVIEW

An exceptional opportunity is available for a highly experienced and accomplished House Manager to join the private household of an UHNW principal with multiple residences and a superyacht. This is a new role.

Based primarily at the principal's newly renovated 24,000-square-foot Miami residence, this is a senior-level position for a confident and highly capable private-service professional who can take complete ownership of the home's day-to-day operations, presentation, staffing, and service standards.

The House Manager will serve as a trusted right hand to the principal, ensuring the residence operates seamlessly and that every detail is anticipated and handled with efficiency, discretion, and exceptional follow-through.

The successful candidate must therefore be confident, decisive, proactive, exceptionally organized, and an excellent communicator who can move quickly, prioritize effectively, and provide concise and accurate updates.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced House Manager who understands the nuances of UHNW private service and knows how to create an environment that feels warm and effortless while operating at an exceptional level behind the scenes.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with the principal's other private residences, superyacht personnel, family-office representatives, and external teams as required
  • Assist with entertaining, special events, guest arrivals, and household preparations
  • Maintain accurate household documentation, inventories, calendars, procedures, and operational information
  • Remain hands-on and willing to assist wherever required to ensure the household operates seamlessly
  • Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times
