Seeking a skilled maintenance/faciliteis maintenance - handyman/houseman

This role requires an energetic person to follow a cleaning schedule on the exterior and interior of the property. Dudies of the job will include:

• Climbing up ladders, inspect roofs, windows and access points
• Window washing, manage window cleaning crew - schedule as necessary 
• Leaf blowing - maintain gutters, drive way and extior patios/decks. Maintain all mechanical operating machines, etc 
• Assist the aborist with seasonal trimming, cut dead limbs, mulch and assist with gravel paths and weed control.
• Assist with power washing walkways/driveways
• Assit with all exterior maintenance seasonally as part of a large fully staffed maintenance team of professionals
• Assist with buidings, maintianing vehicles, and machinery
• Assisting housekeepers carrying items as needed, assit with seasonal cleaning and the movement of all heavy furniture/flipping beds, etc.
• Checking mechanical rooms for leaks and maintenance issues. 
• Managing and scheduling vendors ensuring that they have booties on when entering the house. Make sure that only pre-approved vedors are on site. 
• Running errands, maintain inventories, wash cars, gas cars, and boats. 
• Assist with seasonal plantings, watering, and support as needed at the family farm.
• Maintenance and repair of HVAC - filters, clean blocked drains. Reboot systems and electronics 
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot home security systems, communicatinig with the team regarding maintenance issues, and documenting appropiately.
• Must be highly detailed and maintain detailed inventories for the property.

Immediate hire

The ideal candidate is physically strong, a jack of all trades, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. You should be well-versed in basic repair, tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills. 

Must pass a full background check and drug screen 

Must have verifiable references 

This is a full-time position

Salary open to the right candidate 

Salary $110,000.00 TO $130,000.00 DOE
