Our client is seeking an Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to support their family and manage multiple residences. The Mr. and Mrs. are busy working professionals with two young boys. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and an excellent communicator. 

This is a live-out position. We are only considering Florida residents for this position at this time. Candidates local to Jacksonville, FL preferred.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate domestic staff between multiple residences. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for all household-related matters. 
• Support, manage, and train housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry, dry-cleaning, and overall cleaning and maintenance of multiple residences. 
• Effectively manage, communicate, and negotiate with vendors. 
• Oversee all inventories - maintaining and managing supplies. 
• Run errands as needed. 
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. 

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have verifiable professional references.
• Must be willing to undergo a detailed criminal background check.
• Must be a Florida resident; Jacksonville, FL residents preferred. 
• Comfortable around children.
• Fluent in English. 

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $90,000+, depending on experience.
