A lovely couple in Las Vegas is looking to hire a live-in multifaceted candidate to provide semi-formal service at their home just outside Las Vegas, NV 89141.
The couple resides permanently in their 18,000 sq ft French-style, semi-formal home with their small dog. The house is lavishly appointed with beautiful European fabric and finishes.
The main residence is an 11,000 sq. ft. house with one primary bedroom, his and her closets, and five bathrooms. The rest of the house is living space.
There is a guest house and two guest apartments on the property.
The couple is private and does not entertain or host guests regularly. The primary responsibilities include:
- Cooking dinner daily.
- Managing all vendors and staff.
- Getting bids for repairs.
- Maintaining all vendor contracts and renewals.
- Managing and maintaining all inventories.
Additionally, there are two housekeepers and three gardeners. The gardeners help with heavy cleaning and simple repairs. The staff are humble and have been the family for years.
The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. House-sitting services may be required when the principals travel and care for the family's small dog.
The ideal candidate will be calm, can self-manage, and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Complete housekeeping/property maintenance and management oversight.
- Staff management, scheduling, training, and maintaining standards.
- Vendor management, scheduling, and calendaring. Must be tech-savvy.
- Following strict house guidelines; for example, gloves to be used during the day.
- Care for the family's small dog - walking, managing vet appointments, etc.
- Vehicle maintenance-scheduling of repairs and services.
- Driving the principals to dinners or events in Las Vegas/drop off and pick up at the airport.
- Seasonal wardrobe management - rotation of clothes seasonally, inventorying, dry cleaning management.
- Cooking lunch and dinner daily - gluten-free, low-carb diet for Mrs. Mr. has an unrestricted diet. Must be confident and creative in the kitchen.
- Dinner is at 5:30 pm; the current employee has cooked and served dinner and departed from the residence by 7:30 pm daily.
- Support formal dinners periodically, including flower arranging, setting the table, butler service, or managing caterers.
- Assist with seasonal decor, wrapping, and the management of gifts.
- Oversight of all mechanical systems with a proactive approach.
The current employee will assist with onboarding.

Salary
$120,000 to $150,000
